To preserve the exceptional quality of Meredith Marks Caviar, we recommend storing unopened caviar in the coldest part of your refrigerator and enjoying it within one week of delivery. When properly stored, unopened caviar can maintain its freshness for three to six weeks—always refer to the best-by date on the back of each tin for guidance.
Once opened, we suggest consuming your caviar within 48 hours to fully savor its delicate flavor and texture.
For optimal storage, keep caviar at a temperature between 28-32°F. Freezing is not recommended, as it may compromise the texture and overall quality.

To determine if the caviar you have purchased or are being served is of high quality, examine both its appearance and aroma. Caviar should have a distinct color and a fresh, ocean-like scent.
