Blini(s)

These small, thin buckwheat pancakes were originally founded in Russian kitchens. Best enjoyed with crème fraîche or sour cream, topped with any of our Meredith Marks Caviar varieties.

Kaluga Sturgeon

Belonging to the Sturgeon family, alongside its farmed cousin, Beluga, the Kaluga Sturgeon domiciles in the Amur River where its buttery, yet complex flavor emulsifies for up to 16 years.
