Nationwide Shipping

Meredith Marks Caviar ships within the United States of America.

  • Orders over $500 qualify for complimentary shipping.
  • A flat shipping fee of $39 applies to orders under $500.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to carrier restrictions.

Shipping Schedule

Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday, with deliveries scheduled for Tuesday through Friday.

  • Orders placed before 12:30 PM EST (Monday – Thursday) will ship the same day for Next-Day delivery via UPS or FedEx unless otherwise specified.
  • Saturday delivery is available upon request, subject to ZIP code availability. To request Saturday delivery, email info@meredithmarks.com.
  • Orders placed after 12:30 PM EST on Thursday or anytime Friday – Sunday will ship the next available shipping day (Monday).

Important: While we use UPS Next Day Air and FedEx Overnight services, occasional transit delays may occur. If a delay happens, your package may not arrive until Monday. Unfortunately, the cases like these are beyond our control, and we will not be able to expedite your delivery.

Choosing a Delivery Date

We strive to deliver your order on your preferred date but cannot guarantee it due to factors like weather or carrier delays. We recommend scheduling delivery 2 to 4 days before your event. Please do not schedule delivery for the same day as your event.

Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your delivery address after your order has shipped, expect a delay of at least one extra business day due to courier processing. Customers accept responsibility for these delays and will not be eligible for refunds or replacements if perishable products arrive late or compromised.

Signature Upon Delivery

A signature is not required for delivery unless requested. If you would like to add a signature requirement, please email info@meredithmarks.com or include your request in the "Order Notes" section at checkout.

  • An adult must be available to sign for the package. If no one is present, the package may be returned, and we do not offer refunds or replacements for missed deliveries.
  • For business addresses, FedEx/UPS will not leave packages at the door as they would for residential addresses.

Shipping Method

We use Overnight Shipping Services to ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible.

Quality & Freshness Guarantee

We carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they arrive in peak condition.

  • Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. If you have any concerns, do not discard or consume the product.
  • To report an issue, email info@meredithmarks.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  • Packaging must be intact for any return requests.
  • We do not offer refunds for perishable items that were not collected upon arrival, left unrefrigerated, or mishandled after delivery.

All caviar sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you in special circumstances.

Shipping Delays & Exchanges

As we rely on third-party carriers like UPS and FedEx, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times. In rare cases of severe weather, transit disruptions, or natural disasters, we may offer an exchange for the same product. Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery via email.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s), deliveries may take longer than usual. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely arrival.
