Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

Modifications or cancellations must be requested at least one day before shipping (by 12 PM EST) by emailing info@meredithmarks.com.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

All caviar sales are final. However, we value our customers and will assess special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Delays & Exchanges

While we partner with trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx, unforeseen delays can occur due to weather, transit disruptions, or natural disasters. In such cases, we may offer an exchange for the same product. Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery via email.

Inspect Your Package Upon Arrival

Check your package as soon as it is delivered.

  • If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please take clear photos of the issue and contact info@meredithmarks.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Do not discard any packaging or products until advised by our Customer Service Team, as you may be asked to return the item.

If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return label and schedule a UPS/FedEx pickup on the next shipping day (Monday – Thursday). You will receive a time frame for pickup and will need to repack the items with the ice in the original box, securely tape it, and leave it outside for collection.

Quality & Freshness Guarantee

We carefully inspect all orders before shipping to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

  • Customers should immediately inspect their shipment upon arrival.
  • If you have any concerns, do not consume or discard the product.
  • Report any issues within 24 hours by emailing info@meredithmarks.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  • The original packaging must remain intact for any return requests.

We do not provide refunds for perishable items that were not collected upon arrival, left unrefrigerated, or mishandled after delivery.

Signature Request Upon Delivery

By default, deliveries do not require a signature. However, if you would like to request one, please email info@meredithmarks.com or add your request in the "Order Notes" section at checkout.

  • An adult must be present to sign for the package. If no one is available, the package may be returned, and we do not offer refunds or replacements for missed deliveries.
  • For business addresses, FedEx/UPS will not leave packages at the door as they would for residential addresses.
