BAM's Bagel

(yields 1 - 2 servings)


1 Everything Bagel (or bagel of your choice)

0.5 oz of our 24 Karat Kaluga Caviar 

4 tbsp Scallion Cream Cheese 


1. Preheat your oven to 450°F on the broil setting.

2. Slice your bagel in half with a serrated bread knife and place in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the bagel is toasted to your desire. 

3. Once toasted, remove the bagel from the oven and allow for it to cool for one minute before spreading 2 tbsp of scallion cream cheese on each slice. 

4. Generously coat the bagel with our 24 Karat Kaluga Caviar using our Mother-of-Pearl Spoon
